The future of Ghana’s Upstream Petroleum Industry is in our hands. Our seventh edition of this Business Outlook report comes at a time when the Committee inaugurated by the Minister of Energy and GreenTransition to review Ghana’s upstream petroleum legal, regulatory, and fiscal framework has submitted its initial report to the Minister.
