The Deputy CEO of the Petroleum Commission, Mr. Prince Benjamin Aboagye has led a five-member team to officially hand over a refurbished dormitory block to officials of the Twin-City Special School in Sekondi-Takoradi last Thursday.

Based on a request by the school in May 2020 for support and subsequent approval by the Governing Board of the Commission in the same year, a technical team from the Commission in collaboration with the Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL) was tasked to ascertain the scope of work, cost of the project and provide recommendations on the way forward.

“Take extra care of the usage of this facility so that future occupants can benefit from this investment,”
– he said.

In a related development, the PC team took the opportunity to inspect progress of work of a “changing room” being constructed for the School of the Deaf, a few meters away from the Twin-City School.
