Governing Body of the Commission
The governing body of the Commission as prescribed by Act 821 is made up of :
- A Chairperson;
- The Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Commission;
- One representative of the Environmental Protection Agency not below the rank of Director;
- One representative of the Institution of Geo-scientists nominated by the Institute; and
- Three other persons at least one of whom is a woman.
